Shipping and Returns Policy

Payment:
All payments are secured by the Mollie payment system. If you pay using this option, you pay in advance via online banking from your own bank. We receive the payment almost immediately, allowing us to quickly ship/manufacture your order. Follow the iDEAL payment steps; there are no additional charges for using iDEAL.

Send:
Muchable only ships within the Netherlands. Products that can be shipped as letterbox packages cost €4.50. Larger packages are shipped via PostNL for €6.75. All products are carefully packaged and shipped in (recycled) packaging.

It is the customer's responsibility to enter the correct shipping address. Any additional shipping costs or lost packages due to incorrect information will be charged to the customer.

The customer is responsible for receiving the package and/or collecting it on time at a service point. Any additional shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Delivery time:
We do our utmost to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed on weekdays are shipped within 3 business days. However, we're not always able to meet this deadline; sometimes products are out of stock, and delivery may take a little longer.

Returns Policy:
Under European law, you have a right of withdrawal up to 14 days after the date of receipt. Only the person who completed the purchase can request a return. You can return (part of) your order by following these steps:

STEP 1: Carefully pack your returned items and clearly indicate your NAME, ORDER NUMBER, and which items you are returning. Without this information, a return cannot be processed.

STEP 2: Label and frank the package via PostNL online and deliver the package to a PostNL service point.

STEP 3: You are responsible for the shipment. Please keep your shipping receipt and tracking information until your return has been processed.

STEP 4:
Returns are processed within an average of 7 business days. Refunds will be issued if the return is received in good condition and will be credited to the original source of payment. Muchable does not have access to the customer's full payment information; refunds are processed automatically.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. The customer is responsible for ensuring the package is returned. If the package is lost, please contact PostNL. In that case, we will not refund the purchase price. In that case, you can file a claim with the delivery service.

A return will be approved if the product is undamaged. If a product is damaged, it will NOT be returned.

We will wait for the refund until we receive the returned item. Returns are typically processed within 7 business days.
